Refund Policy

Effective 24 September 2026.

The extension gives every Pro feature free for 14 days, with no payment details, so you can try Pro fully before paying. Payments for Queue Studio for Service Bus Pro are therefore not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Cancelling

Cancelling in the customer portal stops future renewals; the key keeps working until the end of the paid period.

Refunds required by law and chargebacks

These are handled by Polar, the merchant of record, under its buyer terms.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be limited by contract. See also the terms of sale.
