Queue Studio for Service BusTerms of Sale
Effective 24 September 2026.
These terms cover buying a Pro subscription for Queue Studio for Service Bus, a Visual Studio Code extension made by Factodus. Using the extension is governed by the end user license agreement.
Who sells
Pro subscriptions are sold by Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh) as merchant of record and authorized reseller. You buy from Polar under the Polar buyer terms; Factodus grants the license to use the extension. Polar processes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, and issues the invoice.

Prices are in US dollars, per person. Any tax is calculated at checkout from your location.
- Personal: bought and paid for by an individual with their own funds, for their own use.
- Organization: needed when a company or other organization buys, pays or reimburses for Pro, or when Pro is used on its behalf. An organization buys one license for each person who uses Pro.
Trial
The extension gives 14 days of every Pro feature from its first run. The trial needs no account or payment details and nothing is charged when it ends; the Pro features then ask for a license key and the free features keep working.
Delivery
After checkout Polar shows the license key and sends it by email. You enter it in the extension with the Enter License Key command. The key is also available in the customer portal.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel. A price change applies only to renewals after it is published, never to a period already paid.
You can cancel at any time in the customer portal, using the link in your Polar receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: the license key keeps working until then, and afterwards the Pro features stop and the free features keep working.
Refunds
Every Pro feature can be tried free for 14 days before paying, so payments are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Refunds required by law, payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Polar under its buyer terms. See the refund policy.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
